So how much is each brick or shingle worth? That depends on your goal!
Here's how you figure it out:
Take your GOAL AMOUNT (this could be mortgage principle or down payment goal) and divide it by 365.
The answer is the value of each space! Half bricks and half shingles are worth half of that amount. Easy peasy!
I recommend printing your BRICK HOUSE PRINTABLE PROGRESS CHART on cardstock. To help it stay nice, keep it in a frame when you're not coloring it.
